Beauty Lover Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Commitment & Cancellation
A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for all memberships.
Cancellation requests require 30 days’ written notice via email (hello@finishbeauty.me) or text (0403696862)
Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.
2. Service Expiry & Usage
Membership package services are valid for 2 months from the date of allocation.
Unused services will expire after this period and are non-refundable.
Services included in the membership cannot be exchanged for other treatments or credits.
3. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
Membership appointment cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice unless due to extenuating circumstances.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the service being forfeited as a cancellation fee, in line with the Finish Beauty Cancellation Policy.
4. Payment & Billing
Membership fees are debited weekly, monthly or in full in advance based on the selected payment option.
Failed payments must be rectified within 7 days to avoid service interruptions.
Prices are locked in for the membership term, but Finish Beauty reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice for renewal periods.
5. Membership Freezes & Suspensions
Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks (or 1 month) at a time.
The original contract time period will still be honored, meaning the membership end date will be extended to reflect any suspension period.
6. Rewards & Promotions
Members can still earn Finish Beauty reward money on their membership allocations.
Special Beauty Lover promotions and discounts may be offered throughout the year, exclusive to active members.
7. General Terms
Memberships and their services cannot be shared or transferred.
Finish Beauty reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with at least 30 days' notice to members.
